Owner structure data reveals the shareholders of a business, including individuals and companies, along with their ownership percentages and share quantities. By using Roaring’s Owner Structure API, you can retrieve up-to-date ownership information and monitor it over time with real-time change notifications. This supports comprehensive risk assessments, especially when combined with beneficial owner and alternative beneficial owner data for a full ownership picture.
The underlying data includes companies with a turnover of more than SEK 10 million.
depth
Optional query parameter, defaults to 5. The request will do recursions this deep in the owner structure i.e. owners this deep or higher in the tree will be included in the response. Minimum value is 1, maximum value is 8.
shareQuotaLimit
Optional query parameter, defaults to 0.005. Owners will be included in the response if their quota of the parent leaf is higher than this limit. Minimum value is 0.001.
